Brent Torrenga

I am starting my 27th year in education and my 5th here at OCS.
 

I believe that those who have the privilege of being called to work as an educator in a distinctively Biblical Christian school have the greatest calling of all in God's kingdom.  We not only get to invest in the lives of these kids through academics, the arts and athletics, we get to serve a superior and far greater purpose as we bring the truth of the gospel, and the authority of God's Word and its truth into the minds and hearts of the next generation. We get to cast the seeds of the gospel each and every day, and there is nothing more fulfilling in life!  Plus….the kids and families at OCS are amazing and fun and we are blessed daily by them.

My deep hope for the students at OCS is that they will realize the gift of salvation that Jesus Christ provided for each one, and that God will never back out on His promise of salvation.  “Let us hold fast the confession of our hope, without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.”  Hebrews 10:23
