I've been a teacher for 11 years and this is my 8th year at OCS.
Honestly, I sent my resume to OCS because a good friend of mine encouraged me to apply where her children were attending school. Her enthusiasm and love for OCS made me excited to prepare for the interview! I knew-- I loved God, loved teaching, and loved children, so it sort of made sense for me to apply!
Teaching children is a great joy, but teaching children about God, praying with them and watching their little hearts give their best to Him-- is so very encouraging! Working at OCS has transformed my heart in so many ways that I could not have anticipated- I am grateful to be a part of this Kingdom work!
Our Deep Hope for 4th grade students is that they grow in the grace and knowledge of our Savior, Jesus Christ. (2 Peter 3:18)
