Collection of these banks is made each fall from school supporters who put their change in there throughout the year.
Volleyball Tournament
This is held annually the last weekend in September. Next tournament will be September 23, 24, 25, 2010
Heart for Education Auction
Our next event will be November 6, 2010 in the school gymnasium. Further information can be found on our Auction page.
Charger Shoot-out – 2011
This is an exciting event for our families who love basketball. Pool Play schedules for the girls' tournament (Jan 27. 28, & 29) and the boys' tournament (Feb 3, 4, & 5) are found on our Charger Shoot-out page.
Night of Praise -
Each year we gather in a Night of Praise to thank God for his blessings on our school. Again, this year we will celebrate with a hostess-style dinner, announce our Friend of Christian Education award, and hear Mr. Bill Van Dyk, former administrator. We will also take an offering which will be designated for a specific project at school and honor the graduating classes of 1986, 1961, and 1951. Run-Jog-Walkathon – May 13, 2011
Since the 1980’s, our students have been running, jogging, and walking to their neighbors and friends to get pledges for our school. On the day of the event, our students, along with family and friends gather to go around the playground 20 times in a festive atmosphere.
Each year, there is a mascot chosen who inspires everyone to raise funds and earn prizes. We will announce that at our kick off in April. We look forward to another year of prizes, food, and fun! We will have a supper following the event serving around 4:30 p.m.
Unity Bike Ride and Spring Fry – May 14, 2011
This third annual event has seen participation from avid bikers all over the Midwest as well as our supporters. Registration forms and further information can be found on our Unity Bike Ride page. We will serve brats and hamburgers with a picnic menu from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. as well.

Sheboygan Press
Renew your Sheboygan Press through our school and let your tuition account benefit! Just make out your renewal slip and enclose it with a check to Oostburg Christian School for the requested amount. Then send or bring it to the school office. A tuition account of your choice will get reimbursed for 3% of your subscription amount through your Scrip account. This is not available for new subscriptions or for those who use EZ Pay. Just ask to have your renewals mailed to you. Both school and yourself will benefit.
