High school basketball rules shall apply, with the following exceptions:
- Teams will be guaranteed 3 games, 4+ if make play-offs.
- Teams may start the game with 4 players.
- Tiebreakers will be based on head to head competition, then, the least number of defensive points allowed.
- Two 18 minutes halves with the clock running, except in the final two minutes of each half. Two full timeouts per half, with no carryovers.
- First overtime will be 2 minutes with the clock stopping in the last minute. One timeout per overtime.
- Halftime will be three minutes. Pre-game will be 5 Minutes.
- Bonus on the 7th team foul, Super Bonus on the 10th team foul in each half.
- Official's decisions are final.
